Work Out World is a gym franchise located in the New England area. The company was founded in the 1990s. In Massachusetts, there are locations in Bellingham, Brockton, Canton, Dartmouth, Fall River, Methuen, New Bedford, Randolph, Taunton, and West Newton. In New Hampshire, there is a facility located in Nashua. In Rhode Island, there are facilities in East Providence and Warwick.
WOW has several classes for its members. 20/20/Core consists of 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of weight training, and 20 minutes of core work. It is an excellent full-body workout. 3-2-1 is a no-order combination of cardio, weights, and abs using timing work. You will receive a thorough full-body workout. Three minutes, two minutes, and one minute! Booty and Ab Ripper are lower body exercises that will sculpt, tighten, and tone your glutes, legs, and abs. Guaranteed to produce results. Cardio Kickboxing is a high-intensity workout that sculpts the body by combining authentic martial arts, boxing, and cardiovascular exercise. Kick & Tone combines kickboxing and weight lifting. Kick & Abs combines kickboxing with ab exercises. Kick & More is Kickboxing with the addition of kettlebells, weights, and body bars.
Cardio Sculpt combines weight training with high-energy cardio drills. Designed to burn fat while also building lean muscle. Core De Force is an MMA-inspired workout that is designed to burn belly fat and sculpt total-body definition. Fab 4 focuses on four fabulous formats in 15 minutes. It begins with cardio, then moves on to sculpting and finishing with bender ball pilates and vinyasa yoga stretching. Forever Young is designed for active, mature adults who want to work on full-body muscle conditioning, aerobic conditioning, and stretching. Stabilization, core work, and overall strength and conditioning will be prioritized.
Insanity is a total-body conditioning workout that is cardio-based and burns a lot of calories. High-intensity interval training with athletic drills will have your body moving, your heart pumping, and you dripping in sweat! To adapt to any fitness level, modifications are used. Kettlebells are the pinnacle of cutting-edge strength training, with cast-iron bells used to develop strength while also allowing for flexibility for maximum fat-burning and muscular endurance. Muscle Confusion is a full-body workout that changes regularly. Cardio, weight training, timing work, and other activities are available. Muscle confusion is achieved through changes in sets, reps, loads, and programming variety! Continue to surprise your muscles with new challenges.
POUND is the world’s first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping joy of drumming. Pure Strength is a serious weight training workout that will help you gain strength, definition, and bone density, and lose body fat. No muscle is overlooked. Step & Sculpt is a traditional step class that uses simple choreography to get the heart rate up before moving on to weight training. Stop counting reps and start working out to music. Strong by Zumba incorporates body weight, muscle conditioning, and plyometric moves that are synced to original music that has been specifically designed to complement each move. You’ll lose weight while toning your arms, legs, abs, and glutes.
The Tabata class combines cardio, weight training, and bodyweight training at timed intervals. They are four-minute sessions that alternate between 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. This class will aid in the development of endurance and strength. The Upper Body & Core class focuses solely on the upper body and abdominal exercises that use your own body weight and weight training techniques to help you lean and tone. Ultimate Body Cutz is a conditioning workout that promotes muscular endurance, flexibility, and body alignment by using weights and/or body bars. Typically, 40 minutes of nonstop cardio bursts (intervals) combined with low-weight repetitions; followed by 20 minutes of conditioning including lower body and abs. Cycling, class, and mind/body classes are also available.
There are multiple memberships available. The most basic plan is the Silver plan which is available for $10 per month. The Platinum plan is $19.99 per month. The Green plan is $29.99 per month. The Titanium plan is $39.99 per month. When you sign up, you simply need to select a plan. You will then need to enter your personal information, including your name, email address, billing address, date of birth, as well as your payment information. Billing is handled by the billing company, ABC Financial, so you may be led to their website to finish signing up for the account.
You can create a MyIClubOnline account when you obtain your agreement number so you can manage and make changes to your account online.
