VASA was founded with the goal of making people healthier and happier through fitness. They understand that gyms can be intimidating, but when you walk through their doors, you won’t find any stereotypes. They are the gym where everyone feels welcome. They go out of their way to create a welcoming environment where people can try new things, meet new people, and form bonds.
Members of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels are welcome. The welcoming, nonjudgmental environment has allowed them to expand to nearly ten states and become one of the top twenty health club operators in the country. They meet their members where they are in their fitness journeys and provide them with the equipment, classes, Coaches, and resources they need to succeed.
VASA is a high-value, low-cost fitness club that provides its members with an incredible value proposition in comparison to large, full-service clubs for as little as $9.99 per month. They provide cutting-edge equipment, exercise machines, free weights, and a wide range of group fitness and boutique-style classes, including STUDIO RED (HIIT), as well as a variety of other amenities to help members customize their personal fitness plans.
They exist to provide a safe environment for people to get healthy, feel strong, and be happy. So they designed their gyms to accommodate people of all abilities and body types, as well as people of every gender and personality. They have an incredible selection of gym equipment, workouts, and classes that will get you moving and keep you smiling, ranging from yoga to personal training, cycling classes to basketball, and performance lifting to swimming pools. Whatever your goals are, as a VASA member, you are a part of a community that welcomes, encourages, motivates, and never (ever) judges.

High-intensity interval training, or HIIT, is one of the most effective workouts for your figure and health. HIIT focuses on increasing your heart rate, which keeps you in the calorie-burning zone, boosts your metabolic rate, builds muscle, and improves your overall cardiovascular health. HIIT-style fitness classes have been shown in studies to reduce blood sugar, blood pressure, and heart rate, resulting in a lower risk of heart disease and a healthier, stronger body.
VASA’s STUDIO RED HIIT workouts combine cardio and strength training with Myzone heart rate monitoring to ensure you get the most out of your class and stay in an optimal heart rate zone. Push past your limits with a motivating coach and the energy of your fellow members as you move through four circuits, two focused on cardio training and two on strength training, for a total, full-body workout. Your STUDIO Membership not only allows you to experience all of their incredible STUDIO RED classes, but it also grants you access to everything else VASA has to offer.
When you arrive at the club, proceed to the STUDIO RED room, where your coach will greet you and welcome you to the class. Choose your starting station, then prepare for a dynamic warmup while the upbeat music and red-lit room set the tone for your workout. Your coach will provide plenty of motivation as you rotate through two cardio and two resistance training stations during the class. You’ll spend nine minutes at each, tracking your heart rate on in-studio monitors with Myzone technology to ensure you get the most out of your workout.
STUDIO FLOW by VASA combines yoga’s ancient practice with the modern health benefits of infrared heat. You’ll move through a series of poses and sequences designed to strengthen and stretch your muscles in STUDIO FLOW classes, while Far Infrared panels placed above each mat heat the body from within. Feel the flow as you breathe through and sit deeper in each exercise as the heat loosens the tension in your body. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class is for you.
Meet your fitness goals while strengthening your community and, most importantly, having fun! The Team Training HIIT classes are an ideal blend of cardio and strength training. You’ll go through four circuits, two of which are cardio-focused and two of which are strength-focused, for a full-body workout. When you purchase a VASA Fit Membership, you will gain access to their TEAM Training classes as well as everything else VASA has to offer!
