Lucille Roberts is a women’s gym with locations along the Eastern Seaboard, mostly in New York and New Jersey. If you’ve enjoyed your membership but prefer to take a break for now, we’ve created a list of tips to help you cancel your membership.
To get started on cancelling your Lucille Roberts account, you will need:
- Member No.
- Email address
- First and last name
- Password
Steps to Cancel
The best way to cancel your Lucille Roberts membership is to call the customer service at 212-734-9717. You will need to be able to verify all membership information. You will usually be given a choice between giving a 30-day notice of cancellation (leaving you responsible for one final payment) or paying a one-time $10.00 cancellation fee to cancel immediately.
You also have the option to cancel your membership online at http://www.lucilleroberts.com.
If you do not already have an online account with Lucille Roberts, quickly create one. You will need to have your member ID number. Log into your account and select “Cancel membership.”
Please note
Lucille Roberts typically gives the option of immediate cancellation for a $10.00 termination fee, or 30 day notice cancellation with full use of the facility for 30 days and 1 full payment due.
