The organization is a part of Self Esteem Brands, LLC, and was founded in 2002 by Chuck Runyon, Dave Mortensen, and Jeff Klinger. This membership includes a personalized Get Started Plan, offering personalized training and classes. Group workouts are full-body workouts, designed to help build muscle and stamina. The liveliness of a smaller group or a squad of individuals combined with a coach will help enhance your results.   4. Request that the agent provide you with a confirmation number or email
  5. Retain any confirmation numbers or emails you receive for your records
