  • Your  Beachbody order number and the product name you wish to cancel
  • Personal information linked to your account, email address and billing zip code

Steps to cancel via live chat:

  6. They will cancel the account and give you any details that you may need to return products you do not wish to keep and/or any refund details.
  7. A confirmation number for the cancellation will be provided, make sure to keep this information as proof of cancellation.
