Everybody Fitness offers 2 memberships. They are the Gold membership and Platinum membership. The Gold membership is $24.95 per month with an enrollment fee of $50 and a processing fee of $40 and offers rows and rows of cardio, a wide range of selected strength equipment, an extensive free weight area, equipment orientation, and home club access. The Platinum membership is $29.95 per month with an enrollment fee of $50 and a processing fee of $40 and offers rows and rows of cardio, a wide range of selected strength equipment, an extensive weight area, equipment orientation, 24-hour access, home club access, multi-club access, group fitness classes, cardio theater, ladies only workout, $15 month-to-month loyalty renewal, monthly workout adjustment, sauna, racquetball, indoor track, unlimited tanning, babysitting, and online nutrition, menus, and personalized goal tracking.
Everybody Fitness offers group classes such as PiYo, F.I.I.T., Hi-Low Resist-a-Ball, aqua fitness classes, Zumba fitness classes, Yoga Classes, TRX fitness classes, Sweat Shoppe, strength training classes, Sculpt classes, MAT Pilates classes, Hoop Fitness class, and Ab Attack. PiYo is a mind-body connection class that takes you through a series of yoga poses and breathing techniques to increase flexibility, improve balance, and release the mind and body from stress. F.I.I.T. lets you work up a sweat while alternating between strength and cardio exercises in the H.I.I.T. (high-intensity interval training) method of exercise. It is an all-over workout and when you are done, you’re done and you will be satisfied that you had a successful workout. Ho-Low Resist-a-Ball includes strength training and core exercises all mixed into one complete workout. It is a great way to get the most out of your trip to the fitness center. Aqua Fitness is a terrific low-impact fitness training program that builds strength and endurance. Many people swear by this type of training. Water provides natural resistance and keeps you cool during the class. EveryBody Fitness offers a variety of water classes at multiple locations. Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness experience. A combination of Latin, belly, and hip-hop dance moves is used to create a dynamic, exciting, and effective aerobic workout. Yoga class is a mind-body connection class that takes you through a series of yoga poses and breathing techniques to increase flexibility, improve balance, and release the mind and body from stress. TRX stands for Total-Body Resistance Exercise, the best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. And you better believe it will work your entire body. You are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. In the Sweat Shoppe, you will work up a sweat while alternating between strength and cardio exercises in the H.I.I.T. (high-intensity interval training) method of exercise. Strength training class uses dumbbells and resistance bands along with other strength training modalities to give you a complete head-to-toe workout. All levels are welcome as modifications to each exercise are provided. Sculpt class includes strength training and core exercises all mixed into one complete workout. It is a great way to get the most out of your trip to the fitness center. Mat Pilates classes are taught in the group fitness room using a mat and other equipment to strengthen and lengthen muscles, improve posture, improve balance, and tighten the core of the body. A hoop fitness class and fun are just the beginning. It is a great workout that challenges the abs, core, hips, and torso. You will even get some of that heart-pumping cardio activity. Ab Attack is all about the abs and core. Flatten, strengthen, and work toward the athletic v-shape with exercises that are focused between the torso and hips.

- Request that the agent provide you with a confirmation number or email
- Retain any confirmation numbers or emails you receive for your records
