AlcudaBill processes billing for online dating services. If you find a charge on your account from this company, it may be coming from any number of dating web sites. However, it is possible to call AlcudaBill to cancel your subscription to those websites.

To get started on cancelling your AlcudaBill account, you will need your:

  • Full name
  • Address
  • Phone
  • Email

Steps to cancel
Call 800-935-0519 or email [email protected] to cancel. Provide your name and email address and request to cancel any and all charges AlcudaBill is charging to your account. Just a reminder, these charges will have originated from a dating web site.
