However, if you’re moving out of the service area or need to cancel for another reason, we have provided the steps below.
To get started on cancelling your Rush Fitness account, you will need your:
- Account number with Rush Fitness
- Address of your Rush Fitness Center
- Address on file with Rush Fitness (including zip code)
- Date of birth (for account verification purposes)
Steps to cancel
Email your cancellation request including account number, address of your Rush Fitness, home address on file with Rush Fitness and your date of birth. Request immediate cancellation and a reply email confirmation of your cancellation. Send your email to [email protected], or fax the company at 865-381-0568.
