How to Cancel Snap Fitness by Certified Mail

  1. Prepare a written or typed letter and request cancellation within it. Provide all of your account info as listed. Sign and date the letter and Keep a copy for your records.
  2. Mail your letter, certified, to the address provided to you by the gym
  3. Call the phone number for the gym you signed up at or attended most frequently after your letter is received to ensure your account is cancelled
  4. Request that the agent provide you with a confirmation number or email
  5. Retain any confirmation numbers or emails you receive for your records
