Xperience Fitness is a gym and health-fitness center with several locations in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Each Xperience gym provides various fitness equipment for it’s members, as well as the new Elevate program. The Elevate program provides coaching from a certified personal trainer, and science-based nutrition/fitness plans catered to each member. Xperience Fitness is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals as fast as possible.

If you’re looking to cancel your membership with Xperience Fitness, follow the instructions below.

What you’ll need:

  • All member(s) full names
  • DOB
  • Home address
  • Club currently attending
  • Phone number associated with the account
  • Membership ID number (if applicable)
  • Reason for cancellation

Paper Mail

  1. Visit the VerticalFitnessGroup website
  2. Click on the Knowledgebase tab
  3. Click on Member Cancellation
  4. Download the cancellation form provided and mail it to the following address

  1. Visit the MyExperienceFitness website
  2. Click on the Contact Us link to the top right
  3. Fill out the appropriate information requested, including club location, DOB, home address, and full name

  2. Click on the Live Chat link to the top right
  3. Request for cancellation with a live chat agent, and provide any necessary information when prompted

Xperience Fitness has several locations. To cancel, please visit MyExperienceFitess and select the Gyms tab at the top left. Select your current club and call using the number provided.

**Note to Open-End Member or Members requesting to delete the auto-renewal clause:

  • You must submit a 30-day written notice to cancel your membership agreement
  • The postmark day begins at the 30-day period
  • You are responsible for any payments in that 30-day period
