Through a free trial offer made available during online registration/reservation: When you pay for an online registration/reservation through an ACTIVE Network registration platform (ACTIVE, ReserveAmerica, etc.), you will see an offer for a free 30-day trial membership. Accepting this offer and taking advantage of the trial membership is as simple as verifying your email address and clicking the acceptance button on the screen. If you accept the trial offer, you will shortly receive a trial confirmation email from ACTIVE Advantage. By adding a trial membership to your cart while registering for an activity: Most ACTIVE activity/event registrations include the option to add a trial membership to your cart as part of your transaction. This is a simple way to begin your membership and begin taking advantage of all member benefits right away. Simply look for the “Add to Cart” callouts during registration, then follow the few simple steps to complete your transaction.
After the 30-day trial period expires, your benefits will be transferred to the full annual membership and you will be charged the current membership fee. You will receive an email reminder 14 days into your trial period, as well as another when full membership billing occurs. Currently, the annual membership fee is $89.95.
ACTIVE Advantage memberships automatically renew at the end of each 12-month period, so there’s no need to worry! They will send you an email 30 days before your membership renewal date to remind you that your membership is about to renew. When your renewal is complete, they will send you another email to notify you that they have billed your credit card on file and that your member benefits have been extended for another year. You don’t have to do anything to continue receiving Advantage discounts.
