- Password
Steps to cancel
To cancel, log into your eHarmony account. Go to the Account Settings page and select Billing. Select “Cancel my Subscription” or “Close Account.”

When you log into your account, change your settings to opt out of all emails and subscriptions.

Your subscription will terminate at the end of the subscription term for which you have paid, and you will not receive any refund for any unused days of such subscription term. If you purchase a subscription on an installation payment basis (such as three-part pay), you may not cancel until all installment payments have been made.
