  3. Click “My Services” on the left side of the screen
  4. Click “Subscriptions”
  5. By scrolling down, find “Manage my Benefits”
  6. Click “Manage my Benefits”
  7. Insert your information in the fields provided
  8. Retain any confirmation numbers or emails you receive for your records
