Chemistry.com is a subscription-based online dating service that claims to differentiate itself based on the quality of its personality test for its members. If you’ve had a good run but you’ve found someone special or you’ve decided to take a break for awhile, we have cancellation instructions in this blog post.
To get started on cancelling your Chemistry.com account, you will need:
- Username with Chemistry.com
- Password for Chemistry.com
- Email on file with Chemistry.com
- Reason for cancellation with Chemistry.com
- Full name on file with Chemistry.com
- Full address on file with Chemistry.com (including zip code)
- Your date of birth (for account verification purposes with Chemistry.com)
- Last 4 digits of your bank account or credit card number that Chemistry.com bills (for account verification purposes with Chemistry.com)
Steps to Cancel
While signed into your account, click My Account and click on Resign Membership and Remove Profile. If you do not know your login information, call1-866-610-6338 to cancel.
