Typically these sites provide users with the ability to search public records for information about an individual by name or reverse search by phone number for a variety of information including background and criminal records checks, birth date, address, and phone numbers. Individuals and businesses can also sign up as affiliates and use banners on their sites to help drive traffic to Infopay billed sites for a small commission from the site as well.
Pricing for the services will vary widely depending on which of the affiliated sites a user has signed up with since the individual sites set their own billing rates and subscription periods.
