Meet Me is a social networking website. It was founded in 2005 by siblings Geoff Cook, David Cook, and Catherine Cook. It was originally known as MyYearbook but was changed to MeetMe in June 2012. The reason for the name change was that “Yearbook” means more so “meeting friends from the past,” while “meet me” means meeting new people, which is what the website is all about. In April 2017, the company rebranded to The Meet Group. The main offices are located in New Hope, Pennsylvania, but there are offices in Philadelphia, San Francisco, Dresden, and Berlin. The website is used by millions of members per day.
MeetMe can be used to meet new friends or new potential relationship partners. It is easy to sign up to Meet Me. You can choose to sign up with your Facebook or enter some personal details about yourself. If you choose to do the manual sign-up, you will need to enter your name, email, password, gender, birth date, and zip code. Once you’ve signed up, you can edit your profile, add a photo, and completely set up your profile. You will be able to communicate with other members, add them as a friend to your page, send virtual gifts, share photos, and stream live video. There is a mobile app available for iOS and Android devices, as well as Windows 10 devices, too. The website is free to use, but there is a chance to make in-app purchases, subscriptions, and advertising.
You can upgrade your Meet Me account. The upgrade will allow you to remove ads from your website and app, unlock photos, send credits as gifts, boost yourself, change your profile theme, let your mail to other members be at the top of the inbox, and stealth (hidden) browsing. A one-month membership is $10.99 per month. A 3-month membership is $27. A 6-month membership is $34.98.

Click the settings icon the top corner
Click Account
Click Deactivate Account

Retain any confirmation numbers or emails you receive for your records
