How to cancel Premier Passport

Premier Passport’s service is handled by an entity called Clientwks. Premier Passport can only be cancelled through clientwks.com When you are billed for Premier Passport’s service it will appear as “Clientwks” on your billing statement for your payment method. You can cancel the Premier Passport service online, through the website or email, or by phone.

 

What you’ll need to cancel:

  • Your account username and password
  • Your payment method details, debit or credit card number, associated with the Premier Passport account
  • Email address

Steps to cancel: (Online and By Email)

  1. Have the necessary information ready
  2. Open your web browser and go to http://www.clientwks.com/index.php?
  3. At the center of the screen you will see “Cancel My Membership” there are two options that will direct you to the corresponding page
  4. Select whichever method you prefer
  5. Canceling online will require your account information OR partial payment method information and you email address
  6. After you enter this information continue to follow the steps they provide until your Premier Passport membership is cancelled

-Alternatively-

  1. Clicking on Cancel By Phone will direct you to a page where you can directly email them with an intention of cancellation (confusing I know)
  2. Alternatively you can write and email stating that you want your Premier Passport membership cancelled and all recurring billing terminated immediately to: cs@Clientwks.com
  3. Ask for a follow up email to verify not only that your email was received but that your membership is cancelled as well.

Steps to cancel: (By Phone)

  1. The Cancel by Phone page will have the company’s number at the right side of the page which is: 1 (888) 553-9921
  2. Call and ask to have your Premier Passport membership completely cancelled, they may direct you to another department
  3. Make sure to note the time/date of the call along with whom you are speaking to for your records
  4. Follow their instructions and provide the necessary information for the cancellation
  5. Make a follow up call a few days later to guarantee that your membership has been successfully cancelled
