How to Cancel Tinder

If you do not wish to use our do-it-yourself guides, we suggest this cancellation service:

Tinder is a location-based dating and hook-up mobile application. Tinder was founded in September 2012. It was founded by Sean Rad, Jonathan Badeen, Justin Mateen, Joe Munoz, Alexa Mateen, Dinesh Moorjani, and Whitney Wolfe. The developer of the app is Mike Wigger and Hatch Labs. By 2014, there were over a billion “swipes” per day on the app. Sean Rad currently serves as the company’s CEO. Justin Mateen serves as the Chief Marketing Officer. Tinder is available on iOS, Android, and Web. Tinder is currently available in over 40 languages.

With Tinder, users are able to view pictures of other members and swipe left or right. Swiping left means that you dislike the person. Swiping right means that you like the person. When you swipe right, the other person will be notified that you like them. When signing up, your account is synced with your Facebook profile, grabbing your profile image that is used on the websites/apps. You will be able to write a short biography of yourself. You can also link your Instagram and Spotify accounts. When you link your Instagram profile, people will be able to see your profile on there. Likewise, for other members, you will be able to do the same. Common Connections is a feature that is divided into two-degree connections. The first-degree connection allows you to see whether you have mutual Facebook friends with whoever you match with. The second-degree connection allows you to see if your match has two separate friends who are friends with each other.

The basic Tinder account is free. There are premium upgrade options available. Tinder Plus includes unlimited likes, rewind last swipe, 5 super likes per day, 1 boost per month, and passport to swipe around the world. Tinder Gold includes unlimited likes, rewind last swipe, 5 super likes per day, 1 boost per month, a passport to swipe around the world, and the ability to see who likes you. Tinder Plus is $9.99 per month for members under 30 years old and $19.99 per month for people over 30 years old. Tinder Gold is an add-on to Tinder Plus and is $4.99 extra per month in addition to the Tinder Plus pricing.
