- Service number
- Reason for cancelling
Steps to cancel via email:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting that your account be cancelled. You MUST send this request from the email address on file with Vivint.
- A Vivint Representative will contact you directly by phone within 2-3 business days to confirm your cancellation.
Steps to cancel via fax:
- Send written notice to cancel to 801-377-4116. Make sure that this document is signed by the account holder.
