How to Cancel your membership with MagicJack

MagicJack is a device that plugs into a USB port on the user’s computer (or in the case of MagicJack Plus, plugs directly into a router). Any standard phone can be used with the device. The company offers a subscription for using the device and the service, and this is billed annually.

To get started on canceling your MagicJack account, you will need your:

  • Full name on file with MagicJack
  • Email address provided to MagicJack
  • Phone number on file with MagicJack
  • Password for MagicJack.com
  • Activation code (if available)
  • Order date
  • Order number

Steps to cancel
To cancel your MagicJack, call 561-594-5787 or log into your MagicJack account online and click on the Live Chat option. Simply request the account to be deactivated.

Insider Tip
Always log into your MagicJack account online and remove your payment information. This will prevent any unwanted charges.
