If you see a dated, printed advertisement from an authorized dealer showing a lower price for the same item you purchased from Shoppers Advantage within 60 days (15 days for computer products, camcorders, video games, and digital cameras), you are entitled to a refund for the price difference – plus 100%! (For example, if you pay $100 for a product and find it elsewhere for $90, Shoppers Advantage will refund you $20.00.) Also, if we lower their prices on the same item that you purchased from Shoppers Advantage within 60 days of your purchase (15 days for computer products, camcorders, video games, and digital cameras), we will gladly refund the difference between the old and new prices.
“The same” refers to an item that has the same model number, manufacturer’s warranty in the United States, and accessories as the one you purchased from Shoppers Advantage. The advertised, lower-priced model must come from a product-authorized dealer. Excluded are pagers, cellular phones, motorized vehicles, demonstration models, items purchased at limited sales and auction sites, one-of-a-kind items, food products, and collectibles. A retailer’s dated print ad, URL, or printout must be submitted. Only these items will be accepted as proof of purchase for a refund.
Shoppers Advantage members will receive cash-back (“Shoppers Advantage Cash”) on qualifying Shoppers Advantage transactions. Tax, shipping and handling, and returns are not included in the cash-back bonus on these purchases. Members can use their Shoppers Advantage Cash to make future purchases on the Shoppers Advantage website, or they can choose to receive a rebate for the amount of Shoppers Advantage Cash remaining in their account at the end of the year.
If you cancel or return an order, the amount of Shoppers Advantage Cash earned on that purchase will be deducted from your account. Shoppers Advantage members, spouses, and dependent children living at the same address are all eligible for Shoppers Advantage Cash awards. Members can view their Shoppers Advantage Cash balance and recent transactions in the Account Overview’s “Cash Back History” section.
Members benefit from the added security of free extended warranty coverage! All eligible purchases of products with a manufacturer’s U.S. warranty will have their coverage automatically extended to a total of two years.
Factory The 2-year Product Warranty applies to serviced merchandise with a U.S. Manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to Shoppers Advantage Policies for Closeout merchandise where the 2-Year Extended Warranty protection applies. To the extent that they exist, all U.S. Manufacturer’s warranties will be fully effective and subject to all conditions and restrictions outlined by the manufacturer. To keep the extended warranty active, you must remain a member throughout the warranty period.
