How to Cancel Shoprunner

ShopRunner was founded in 2009 and has its headquarters in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. ShopRunner is a partnership of retailers and brands that aims to help members save money as well as saving time. ShopRunner vendors include a variety of online stores and millions of products, enabling members to find what they seek while shopping online.  Members of ShopRunner receive a number of benefits with their membership including unlimited access to free, 2-day shipping on thousands of different brands at the various stores available as part of ShopRunner membership, free shipping on returns, exclusive deals for members, and various convenient shopping tools available on the ShopRunner website. Some stores do have a minimum amount, often $25.00, for an order to qualify for the free, 2-day shipping.

New members may sign up for a free trial of the service and are able to try out the service for 30 days without being charged. During the trial period, members may use all the benefits of the service. Members who do not cancel within the 30 day trial period are automatically converted to a standard paid membership at the end of the trial. Standard memberships to ShopRunner are charged at a rate of $79.00 per year. Memberships automatically renew each year at the current membership rate.

There is no minimum term for memberships and they can be cancelled at any time desired by the member. Members may cancel entirely but may or may not be eligible for a refund for unused time, members may also choose to cancel their renewal ahead of time so that their membership does not renew at the end of the year.
