Tee Support is a computer repair and support service which was launched in July 2010. Tee Support provides users with a variety of software options to address the day to day technical support concerns and problems that may arise with their computer, as well as providing the users with access to an on-demand 24 hours-a-day, 7 days per week technical support service with agents to assist with their computer issues as well. Tee Support technical support agents can remotely access the computer of a user needing help in order to assist with diagnosing and repairing computer problems. Tee Support subscriptions may be billed through a third party service which may reflect on subscribers’ credit card or bank statements.
Tee Support offers a 30 day trial for new users to try out the service before signing up for a paid subscription. The free trial will convert to a paid membership once the trial period expires and the user will then be enrolled in the paid subscription program. Paid subscriptions to the Tee Support service are available for $9.95 per month. Subscriptions are paid monthly and renew automatically every 30 days unless cancelled by the user. All the software and support features are offered for unlimited use during the paid subscription period.
Tee Support has no minimum subscription term and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds may not be available for the unused time remaining on a paid subscription period.
