You may need some of the following information or items to complete your cancellation

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Username
  • Password
  • Billing Address
  • City
  • State/Province/Region
  • ZIP/Postal Code
  • Country
  • Reason for Cancellation
  • Last 4 Digits of Card
  • Date of Last Charge
  • Amount of Last Charge

How to Cancel Walmart+ by Web Chat

  1. Visit https://www.walmart.com/help
  2. Click the chat bubble in the bottom right corner
  3. Click the text box and type “agent”
  4. When asked, give the agent your account information
  5. Choose “Start Chat”
  6. When asked, give the agent your account information
  7. Request that the agent cancel your account
  8. Request that the agent provide you with a confirmation number or email
  9. Retain any confirmation numbers or emails you receive for your records

How to Cancel Walmart+ by Login

  1. Visit https://www.walmart.com/plus
  2. Click “Sign In” at the top right corner
  3. Login with the email and password
  4. By scrolling down, find “Manage MY Membership”
  5. By scrolling down, find “Cancel Walmart+ Membership”
  6. Retain any confirmation numbers or emails you receive for your records
