Classmates.com CANCEL GUIDES

Get together the following account information:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Last 4 Digits of Card
  • E-mail Address on account
  • The Full name of the High School you attended
  • The Year That You Graduated from High School
  • The City and State or Province of your High School.

Login

Follow these steps:

  1. Visit http://www.classmates.com/
  2. Click the button that says ‘SIGN IN’
  3. Login with the email and password
  4. By scrolling up, find the gear icon
  5. Click the gear icon
  6. Click “Account”
  7. Click “Email subscriptions”
  8. Click each box on the page and select “unsubscribe”
  9. By scrolling up, find “Personal Information”
  10. Click “Personal information”
  11. Click the box next to “Show my information” to uncheck it
  12. By scrolling up, find “Billing”
  13. Click “Billing”
  14. By scrolling down, find “Account information”
  15. Click “Turn off automatic renewal”
  16. Click “yes” to confirm
  17. By scrolling down, find the credit card information section
  18. Click “Delete credit card”

  1. Call 206-301-5700
  2. Choose phone menu option 1
  3. Request that the agent cancel your account
  4. When asked, give the agent your account information
  5. Request your final balance, and ensure you won’t be charged again
  6. Request that you be given a refund
  7. Request that the agent provide you with a confirmation number or email
  8. Retain any confirmation numbers or emails you receive for your records
