Amora Coffee is a monthly subscription service that offers freshly roasted coffee, delivered straight to your front door. The company prides itself on providing coffee at its optimum freshness, much fresher than the beans sitting on the grocery store shelves. The beans are delivered to your door just days after being roasted. Amora currently offers eight different coffee blends. Customers decide which blend or blends they want, how much they want, and how often they want delivery. If you love your morning coffee but are trying to kick your caffeine habit or you are looking to cut costs, Amora Coffee has made cancelling easy. We’ve made it even easier by outlining the steps you need to take to cancel your Amora Coffee subscription.
To get started cancelling your Amora coffee account, you will need:
- Phone number
- Amora ID number (the ID number can be looked up, but it will save you time if you have it handy)
Steps to Cancel
- Call 1-855-MIAMORA (1-855-642-6672)
- Tell a customer service agent that you would like to cancel your subscription.
- If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return the coffee for a new blend or a full refund. You will need to call the company’s coffee concierge (an Amora customer service representative) within 30 days of purchase.
- You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
The customer service hours are limited. Amora can only be reached by phone Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST. Please plan accordingly.
