How to Cancel Backblaze

If you do not wish to use our do-it-yourself guides, we suggest this cancellation service:

Backblaze offers data storage services. Backblaze launched initially in 2007 and offers 2 types of data storage service to its customers. B2 is a cloud storage option, which offers users the first 10 GB of storage at no cost, with additional storage available at an additional cost per GB used and a small cost to download files from your cloud storage. Additionally, Backblaze offers personal and business users a computer backup service that includes automatic or scheduled backups of a computer, the ability to locate a stolen, lost, or otherwise missing computer, the ability to share files that have been backed up with others via the B2 platform, and the ability to restore lost or missing files from your backup via a USB drive that is mailed to you, website-based download, or the mobile applications available for both Android or iOS devices. Mobile and web restorations are included with the cost of the Backblaze personal or business plan, while USB drives are mailed to you at an additional cost which can be refunded if you return the drive to Backblaze within 30 days of receipt. USB drives cost $99.00 for 128GB or $189.00 for up to 4 TB of data. Backblaze service costs $5.00 per computer per month or $50.00 per year per computer. A 2-year plan is also available for $95.00 per computer as well. Personal users may choose to use the 15-day free trial to try out the service which will convert to a standard paid account if not cancelled during the trial. Plans may be cancelled at any time, and the instructions below will help you if you are trying to cancel a Backblaze plan.
