Classmates.com, also known as Classmates Online, Inc. is a social networking service that was founded on November 17, 1995, by Randy Conrads. The original purpose of Classmates.com was to help users find former classmates from kindergarten, primary school, high school, college, workplaces, and the military. In 2004, Classmates.com was purchased by United Online Inc. and became part of the subsidiary Classmates Media Corporation. Classmates Media Corporation also operated other websites similar to Classmates.com in other countries such as StayFriends.de in Germany, StayFriends.se in Sweden, StayFriends.at in Australia, and Trombi.com in France. In 2010 the name was changed to Memory Lane and the website was redesigned to appeal to its older customer base because the CEO, Mark Goldston, felt the website focused primarily on nostalgic content such as high school yearbooks, movie trailers, music tracks, and photographic images. The name Memory Lane was later dropped in 2011. In 2015, Classmates.com was purchased by PeopleConnect Holdings Inc. and is now operated under of division of PeopleConnect. Classmates.com offers 2 types of memberships. Free membership and a paid Classmates+ membership. With the free membership As a free member, you can list your name in Classmates communities so others can find and contact you, search and view profiles of other schoolmates in our school directories, you can see if another classmate has sent you a message, and search and view yearbooks for free. You can also create a profile with photos, stories, notes, and more. With the paid Classmates+membership you have access to all the features that are available with the free membership plus view all the visits to your Classmates profile, see who remembers you and how they remember you, find friends on classmates’ location, read and reply to every message in your inbox without disclosing personal information, and you have access to exclusive offers from trusted partners.Classmates.com has over 70 million users so you can reconnect with everyone in your class. You can read the latest updates and view pictures of your classmates. Members can be listed by their maiden and married names, giving you even more ability to find your classmates, even if you did not go to the same school. Classmates.com has a database of over 400,000 yearbooks from schools across the country. You can view them online for no extra fee. Using the yearbook library you can browse all items for free, search for yearbooks by city, state, year, and school name, view the names of the people in the yearbook, see the yearbooks in their original condition, explore yearbook photos of your favorite celebrity, and purchase the yearbook in either a softcover or hardcover. If you would like to order a hardcover yearbook, Classmates.com offers a 20% discount plus free shipping with their paid membership. Classmates.com also offers a mobile app that is available through the App Store or Google Play. With the app, you can view your profile, class list, and photos. While some services available on the website are not available on the app, the app is always being updated so make sure you check the app often to see if any new features have been made available to you. To subscribe to a paid membership, you have the option of 3 different subscription terms. You can subscribe for 2 years for $48. You can subscribe to 12 months for $30. You can subscribe for 3 months for $9. Upgrading your membership is simple. You can either click on any update prompt as you are navigating the Classmates.com website, or you can click on the Upgrade Your Membership link under the gear icon at the top right of every page. You also have 3 options to pay for your membership. You can pay online on the website using your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, debit card with a major credit card logo, PayPal, or Amazon. All payments are securely encrypted using a secure server. You can also pay by phone by calling 1-800-779-8689 using your debit or credit card. Your final option for payment is by regular mail. 3. Login with the email and password
4. By scrolling up, find the gear icon
5. Click the gear icon
6. Click “Account”
7. Click “Email subscriptions”
8. Click each box on the page and select “unsubscribe”
9. By scrolling up, find “Personal Information”
10. Click “Personal information”
11. Click the box next to “Show my information” to uncheck it
12. By scrolling up, find “Billing”
13. Click “Billing”
14. By scrolling down, find “Account information”
15. Click “Turn off automatic renewal”
16. Click “yes” to confirm
17. By scrolling down, find the credit card information section
18. Click “Delete credit card”

Follow these steps:

1. Call 206-301-5700
2. Choose phone menu option 1
3. Request that the agent cancel your account
4. When asked, give the agent your account information
5. Request your final balance, and ensure you won’t be charged again
6. Request that you be given a refund
7. Request that the agent provide you with a confirmation number or email
8. Retain any confirmation numbers or emails you receive for your records
