Insider Tip

If you do not know your account security question and answer you will need to call and cancel.

Please note

There are certain AOL accounts that are set up without the option of phone contact. You will not be able to speak to a live person or receive any real help by calling. The best option you have on these accounts is to mail your request to cancel.
