Users sign up for an account and can use the directories offered to search for an individual by name to locate a number for them within the cellular numbers listed, or to search a cellular number in order to find the name associated with that number. National Cellular directory was incorporated in July 2006 and launched its service in December of 2007. The business was founded and is owned by Dan S. Scott, and has its headquarters in Minneapolis, MN. National Cellular Directory states they offer multiple plans for monthly subscribers, each with a specified number of credits per month. Each search that successfully generates results will cost the user 1 of their monthly credits. Not all plan options are detailed on their website prior to signing up however, National Cellular Directory states their most popular plan is the Silver tier membership. A  Silver plan is billed monthly at a rate of $19.99 and provides the user with 20 credits to use each month for their searches. The site states that customers can call and discuss with a representative their needs and determine which plan will best meet those needs. National Cellular Directory also offers a Happy Hour. Happy Hour is one hour per day when a user may perform up to 2 searches without using purchased credits. The Happy Hour time changes daily and can be found on the company’s social media pages. Paid plans automatically renew and may be cancelled at will, however, refunds may not be available for unused credits.
